Coming from an Integral Yoga background, Body Love Yoga explores and moves through asanas slowly and mindfully.
The attention here is intention. Each posture is powerful in its own right and it’s up to the individual to stay, get curious, find center, while keeping a sense of lighthearted fun. Yoga is not about strict lines to stay within, it’s about the exploration of the body and the messages it sends us. Allowing the body to tell the mind rather than the other way around. What happens on the mat transfers into your daily life.
