My journey started around the age of 10 as a way of coping with changes that happened in my family life.
MAYBE YOU CAN RELATE
I spent many years in a self-destructive cycle until I found a supportive online community specifically for bulimia and binge eating. This showed me that there was hope. I gained the wisdom and compassion to hold my hand through the good times and the struggles. It was the first time I experienced food freedom.
Yoga was introduced to me at a young age, and over time became my anchor, helping me connect my mind and my body. Every yoga class, I realized that while nothing changed in the world around me, everything changed in the world inside me. It took years of hard work and self-discovery, but I finally realized that I am good enough,
just as I am.
After experiencing the healing benefits of yoga, breathwork, mind-body practices, mindfulness, and meditation, I trained as a teacher and I’ve been working in the wellness field since 2016. My yoga studies led me to Ayurveda (Science of Life), the sister science to yoga, and a Master’s Degree in Ayurveda and Integrated Medicine.
